How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using your order number from that email. Don’t forget to check your junk folders.
Tracking number not recognised.
In most cases, that means your order has not yet been scanned by the courier. Please allow 4-6 hours and then check the number again.
Which carriers do you use?
We send all orders via Royal Mail and DPD.
If your tracking number begins with letters - it’s Royal Mail and you can track your order here.
If your tracking number only contains numbers - it’s DPD and you can track your order here.
